Philo is a new TV streaming service that has recently added on their “Movies & More” add. This add allows users to watch movies, sports, and more for $16.99/month. Read more in detail here: philo movies list.
The new feature will help viewers find movies and shows to watch at a moment’s notice, whether it be through a web browser or the Philo app. The company has also announced that they’ll launch their own content in addition to programming from other providers.
Philo has introduced a new ‘Movies & More’ add-on, which allows members to expand the number of movies included in their subscription. Philo hasn’t always been known for having a large range of add-ons, but that looks to be improving, though the selection is still significantly less than what’s available from rival services.
Philo has long positioned itself as a more cost-effective method to watch live TV channels via the internet as a service. However, because of the cheaper price, several concessions have been made, the most evident of which is the channel choices. Offering extra channel packs that can be added for those willing to pay more is one strategy to keep the basic price as low as feasible. Previously, Philo offered users the choice of adding Epix or Starz to their subscription. Now, the firm is presenting users with another another movie-related add-on to consider.
The Movies & More add-on is the cheapest Philo add-on so far, costing just $3 a month on top of the base membership. Subscribers have access to five movie-related channels in exchange for an extra monthly fee. Existing members may also take advantage of a seven-day free trial to test out the channel pack and make sure it’s suited for their streaming requirements before making the first purchase.
Although movies are the major purpose of these channels, as the name of the add-on implies, they allow access to more than simply movies. The following channels are available in the new Movies & More add-on:
- HDNet Films
- MGM HD
- Sony Pictures Entertainment
It’s the same process for adding the Movies & More add-on as it is for Epix or Starz. If the customer has an active subscription, they may go to the Philo website, log in if necessary, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner, and then on “Account.” They may then choose any of the various add-ons, including Movies & More, by clicking the “Subscribe” button next to it.
When a subscriber adds these channels to their Philo base plan, they have access to not just the live feeds for each of them, but also the ability to view any movies and episodes that are accessible as on-demand material.
Philo, a television service that is owned by the same company that owns Netflix, has just released their new “Movies & More” add-on. The add-on allows users to watch TV shows and movies on demand. Reference: philo tv.
